Making Thermomix Porridge has never been quicker, easier or more delicious!! Just 3 basic ingredients… and then add your favourite toppings!
If you own a Thermomix and you haven’t yet made porridge in it… please, please, please do! It’s so simple. Literally pop the ingredients in, set the machine to go. That. is. it!!
This is one of my favourite things to make for breakfast because you can wander around, unstack the dishwasher, pop on a load of washing etc, all while the porridge is cooking. Easy as!
I’ve said that this serves 2, but it easily serves my hubby, myself and our toddler. You can top your porridge with absolutely anything you like – I’m a bit obsessed with the combo of greek yoghurt, honey, muesli, fresh berries and a splash of milk (thanks to my sister-in-law for the inspiration!). But of course, you can use absolutely any of your own favourite toppings (sliced banana, honey and chia seeds is another fave here!).
How do you like your porridge? Do you keep it simple or add ALL the best toppings!?
