The ingredients for fudge.
  • White Chocolate - use a good quality white chocolate (such as Lindt, Cadbury or Nestle)
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk - use full fat (not skim) condensed milk as it sets firmer. I recommended using Nestle brand for best results.
  • Mini Eggs - I like to use Speckled Eggs as they give a bright, colourful look to the fudge! However, if you prefer you can use any mini eggs you like (such as Caramilk, creme eggs, Top Deck etc).
