FAQs

Can I use any flavour of jelly?

Yes absolutely! Mix and match with any of your preferred jelly flavours. We have used strawberry jelly in this recipe as that's what is traditionally used.

Do I need to wait for the middle layer to set before I pour the jelly over?

Yes you do! If you pour the jelly onto the middle layer before it's set, the jelly will seep into the creamy filling rather than sitting in a nice layer on top.

How do you cut jelly slice?

Place the jelly slice onto a chopping board. Use a large, flat, very sharp knife and press down firmly. Repeat until the entire slice has been cut into pieces.
