Milk - I recommend using full cream milk for the richest result, however, you can use skim milk if you prefer.
Chocolate Topping - or chocolate syrup. This is used both in the cocktail itself and for drizzling in the cocktail glass for decoration.
Vodka - any brand of vodka you like can be used.
Baileys Irish Cream - use store-bought Baileys or make your own homemade Baileys using our recipe.
Grated Chocolate - for decroating

Step By Step Instructions

You'll be sipping on our Thermomix chocolate martini cocktail in just 2 minutes!

Step 1 - Mix

Place all of the ingredients (plus ice cubes) into the Thermomix bowl.

Mix for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.

Step 2 - Serve

Drizzle extra chocolate topping onto the sides of your serving glasses.

Pour the cocktail into the glasses.

Grate the chocolate over the top and serve immediately.

you can use any brand of chocolate topping or syrup you like
drizzle a little extra chocolate topping inside your serving glasses for an impressive effect
if you don't have a Thermomix, you can use a high powered blender instead
this recipe can be doubled or tripled - just ensure that you do not exceed the MAX line. If doubling/tripling, you will need to mix the cocktail for slightly longer
finely grate chocolate over the top of the cocktails just before serving
this cocktail should be consumed immediately - it is not suitable for storing or freezing
