This classic Fruit Tingle Cocktail will become your new favourite drink this summer - and best of all you just need FOUR ingredients to put it together!

Ingredients

Vodka - I recommend using a good quality vodka for this cocktail. You can also use Barcardi if you don't have vodka.

Blue Curacao - this is a citrus flavoured liqueur which can be readily found at your local bottle shop.

Lemonade - use a sugar free variety for a low sugar version.

Raspberry cordial - this ingredient is essential to give you the mixture of deep blue and purple colour to your cocktail.

How to make a Fruit Tingle Cocktail

Although these Fruit Tingle Cocktails can easily be made without a Thermomix - they do make it even easier to put together!

Step 1. Add the ice, vodka, blue curaçao and lemonade into a Thermomix bowl. Mix to combine.

Step 2. Divide the mixture between two glasses and add extra ice.

Step 3. Add raspberry cordial.

Step 4. Garnish with pineapple wedges (if desired) and enjoy!

Recipe Hints

For a sugar free version, use sugar free lemonade or substitute the lemonade with soda water.

This recipe can easily be doubled, ensure it does not exceed the maximum capacity of your machine.

If you don't want to crush the ice when combining ingredients, select the reverse function.

Serve immediately.

Thermomix Fruit Tingle Cocktail

Our Thermomix Fruit Tingle Cocktails take no time to make using your Thermomix and are the perfect light and delicious drink!

Equipment

  • 2 x Tall glasses
  • Thermomix

Ingredients

  • 300 grams ice cubes plus extra to serve
  • 60 grams vodka
  • 60 grams blue curacao
  • 200 grams lemonade or soda water
  • 50 grams raspberry cordial
  • pineapple wedges optional

Instructions

  • Place the ice cubes, vodka, blue curaçao and lemonade into the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 15 seconds, Speed 4 to mix.
  • Divide the mixture between two tall glasses and add extra ice.
  • Add approximately 25 grams (1 tablespoon) of red cordial to each glass.
  • Garnish with pineapple wedges if desired and enjoy.
