Want a delicious breakfast that tastes just like dessert? Our Thermomix Banana Mango Smoothie Bowl is just the thing! It takes less than 2 minutes to prepare… and tastes amazing.

Thermomix Banana Mango Smoothie Bowl

To make this smoothie bowl, simply add frozen banana, frozen mango and a good scoop of yoghurt to your Thermomix bowl. Mix on Speed 7 for 10 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat a further 2-3 times or until your banana/mango mix is smooth and creamy!

Top with fresh fruit, muesli, coconut, chia seeds, chopped nuts… anything you like.

Serves: 1
Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen mango (cut into chunks)
  • 3 tbs yoghurt
  • *fresh fruit, muesli, coconut, chia seeds, chopped nuts to serve
Instructions
  1. Add the frozen banana, frozen mango and yoghurt to your Thermomix bowl.
  2. Mix on Speed 7 for 10 seconds.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat a further 2-3 times or until your banana/mango mix is smooth and creamy.
  4. Use the spatula to place the fruit mix into a bowl.
  5. Add your choice of toppings and serve immediately.
