To make this smoothie bowl, simply add frozen banana, frozen mango and a good scoop of yoghurt to your Thermomix bowl. Mix on Speed 7 for 10 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat a further 2-3 times or until your banana/mango mix is smooth and creamy!
Top with fresh fruit, muesli, coconut, chia seeds, chopped nuts… anything you like.

- 1 frozen banana
- 1 frozen mango (cut into chunks)
- 3 tbs yoghurt
- *fresh fruit, muesli, coconut, chia seeds, chopped nuts to serve
- Add the frozen banana, frozen mango and yoghurt to your Thermomix bowl.
- Mix on Speed 7 for 10 seconds.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat a further 2-3 times or until your banana/mango mix is smooth and creamy.
- Use the spatula to place the fruit mix into a bowl.
- Add your choice of toppings and serve immediately.
