Tips for Making our Thermomix Mars Bar Cheesecake

We use 7 x 47 gram Mars Bars for this recipe. You can also use 'fun size' Mars Bars.

You can substitute the Oreos in the base of this recipe for Chocolate Ripple biscuits if your prefer.

The  mixing times may vary depending on the softness of your cream cheese and Mars Bars. I suggest using cream cheese and Mars Bars which are both at room temperature and are soft.

We recommend making this Mars Bar Cheesecake the day before you plan to serve it, while it will set in approximately 8 hours, for best results you want to leave it overnight.

This cheesecake is quite soft as it doesn’t contain gelatine. If your cheesecake is too soft or runny when you cut it – pop it back in the fridge to let it set for a bit longer.
