  • Prosecco
  • Soda water - substitute with lemonade.
  • Mint
  • Ice
  • Lemon slices - to garnish

How to make a Limoncello Spritz in a Thermomix:

Step 1. Place the ice and mint into the Thermomix bowl and mix to combine.

Step 2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix.

Step 3. Divide between two glasses and garnish with lemon slices.

This Limoncello Spritz is a light and delicious cocktail that is perfect for your next special occasion.

  • 2 x Cocktail Glasses

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Limoncello
  • 140 grams Prosecco
  • 120 grams soda water see notes
  • 200 grams ice
  • 12 leaves mint
  • 2 slices lemon to garnish

Instructions

  • Place the ice and mint into the Thermomix bowl and mix for 7 seconds, Speed 3, Reverse.
  • Add the Limoncello, Prosecco and soda water and mix for 10 seconds, Speed 3, Reverse.
  • Divide between two glasses, garnish with lemon slices and serve.

Notes
